ST. LOUIS (AP) — Authorities say a St. Louis woman died after apparently suffering a medical emergency while cooking on Thanksgiving morning, causing a fire.
The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that the fire was reported around 8:45 a.m. Thursday in the Downtown West neighborhood. Arriving firefighters performed CPR but the woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
The woman’s name has not been released.
