A man has died in a roll-over crash near Goodhope Tuesday evening.
Authorities in Douglas County say Mitchell Garcia, 53 from Ava, was pronounced dead at the scene around 5 p.m. on September 10th.
Troopers say Garcia was driving on Highway 76 east of Goodhope when his vehicle went off the side of the road and flipped.
The Highway Patrol reports Garcia was ejected from the vehicle. He was not wearing a seatbelt.
This marks the 28th fatality Troop D has responded to this year. That compares to 29 during the same time period in 2018.
