National Weather Service Confirms Tornado During Storms Saturday

The National Weather Service has confirmed that a tornado touched down in Polk County on Saturday.

It damaged farm buildings and was on the ground for three minutes. Some trees were uprooted.

The tornado touched down around Highway W and Highway 123 at 7:03 pm.
