If you bought tickets to see the USA Women’s National Softball Team play in Springfield in June, look for a refund soon.
The Springfield-Greene County Park Board says the doubleheader scheduled for June 3rd at Killian Sports Complex has been canceled because of the coronavirus.
The park board says refunds typically take two to three weeks to complete, but all “Springfield Stand Beside Her Tour” refund transactions are scheduled to be finished by April 15th.
If you bought a ticket with a credit card, you’ll see a a refund to the card you used.
Customers who purchased a ticket with cash or a check will be mailed a check from the city of Springfield.
If you don’t receive a refund by April 15th, you’re asked to call the Killian Sports Complex at 417-837-5817.
There’s a chance the tour could be rescheduled sometime before the Tokyo Olympics in 2021.
