The Springfield-Greene County Park Board is offering four air-conditioned places where you can stay cool when a heat advisory is in effect.
Jordan Valley Ice Park is open, along with Chesterfield Family Center, Dan Kinney Family Center and Doling Family Center.
The Family Centers are open Monday-Friday, 5:30 a.m. to 7 p.m; Saturday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m; and Sunday 11 a.m to 5 p.m.
The Fountains at Jordan Valley Park in downtown Springfield are open and run throughout the day.
