Hobby Lobby has announced it raising its minimum wage for full time workers up to $17 an hour.
This is the eleventh time the chain has raised wages in 10 years. The store says high wages ensures the company attracts and keeps a dedicated work force.
Minimum wages for part time employees is around $11 an hour.
Changes are set to take place in October.
