Willard Police and the Highway Patrol have used a search warrant to look around a home in Springfield for evidence in a double homicide.
Alex Chute and Brianna Sproul were found dead on the front porch of their house on Mill Street in Willard last weekend.
Authorities spent part of Thursday night searching the home in the 1100 block of west Scott near Grant Beach Park.
The police chief wouldn’t say what they were looking for or what they found.
