A man from Springfield is wanted for an assault in Lamar on Friday.
Police say Gage Walker fired shots at a man after trying to force his way into a home.
Police say Walker originally got into a fight with a woman at Downstream Casino before being asked to leave by security. They say Walker then attempted to break into a home where he thought the woman was at the time.
A man tried to stop Walker, and the two got into a fight. Walker pulled out a gun and fired at the man, but missed. He then fled the scene. The man was not seriously injured.
Walker was last seen in a light blue car with Oklahoma license plates. Police say the car was described as a Honda or a Toyota.
