The trial for a Camden County man has now been delayed for the ninth time.
Steven Endsley is accused of killing a 27-year-old Danielle Smith and her 61-year-old mother, Theresa Jackson back in 2016.
According to KY3, a comment was made in jury selection that tainted the jury which lead to the mistrial.
If convicted, Endsley will spend the rest of his life in prison.
July 6th is the new date that Endsley will be back in court.
