Construction crews are hard at work building the new Greene County Jail.
The building is located off Division Street near the Springfield-Branson National Airport.
The Greene County Sheriff’s Office says the new jail will open next April.
But the sheriff’s office needs to fill over 150 jobs to be fully staffed.
There are also 70 jobs available at the current Greene County Jail.
