(KTTS News) — A man has been charged with second-degree involuntary manslaughter after a deadly shooting in the Rogersville area.
Blake Beckelman faces charges in the death of 20-year-old Laterrian Jarman.
Investigators say Beckelman told authorities he was showing what he thought was an empty gun to Jarman.
He pulled the trigger, hitting Jarman in the neck.
Beckelman called 911 and tried to stop the bleeding, but Jarman died at the hospital.
