(KTTS News) — Police in Branson are investigating an artillery shell that was found in a wilderness area.
The shell was found Wednesday at the Lakeside Forest Wilderness Area on Owen Lane off 76 Country Boulevard.
It’s believed the shell is from the World War One era.
A bomb squad checked it out and made sure it was safe.
