(KTTS News) — A firefighter with the Central Polk County Fire Protection District is recovering after a crash involving his fire truck.
Eddie Lamke was responding to a structure fire on December 23 when his truck went into a ditch near Bolivar.
Doctors are waiting for a fractured vertebrae in his spine to heal before deciding to do surgery.
