(KTTS News) — Charges have been filed against a woman from Springfield in connection with a chase last Friday.
Springfield Police were looking into a report of shots fired at a home in the 1600-block of East Central.
Police chased a pickup on Kansas Expressway, reaching speeds around 70 miles an hour.
The pickup ended up hitting a patrol car and stopping in the 1800-block of South Kansas.
Melissa Emerson, 41, is charged with resisting arrest.
