(KTTS News) — A man charged in the kidnapping and murder of Cassidy Rainwater in Dallas County was in court Tuesday.
Timothy Norton did not enter a plea.
He has another appearance in June in Dallas County court.
Norton’s appearance comes after James Phelps entered an Alford plea and was sentenced to life in prison.
By entering the Alford plea, Phelps did not admit he’s guilty of a crime, but admitted there is enough evidence to convict him.
