I had no idea that Jelly Roll has his own food truck!
The food truck, called “Rolling with Jelly Food Truck” actually just made a stop in KC for the NFL draft! Jelly Roll has had this food truck for about a year now.
If you didn’t know Jelly Roll helps support at-risk youth in his home state of Tennessee, and loves to give people second chances. In the past, Jelly Roll was in and out of Jail, and that experience has made him truly believe in second chances.
The Rolling with Jelly Food Truck actually only hires felons. Here’s a quote from Jelly Roll…
“Our mission statement was, we only hire second-chance guys. Every other place in the world is like, ‘If you got a felony, you can’t work here.’ We’re only hiring felons. They run the food truck and come out on tour with us some nights.”
Hopefully the Rolling with Jelly Food Truck will make its way to Springfield someday!
