My dear friend Kani Bud turned me onto the “Peanut Butter with Tomato Samich” years ago. I’ve loved ’em ever since.
They must be made this time of year with home grown Mato’s only. Store bought Mato’s don’t cut it. Gotta have the flavor of fresh from the garden.
Believe Kani sprinkled some pepper on too!
