Prosecutor Seeks Death Penalty For Man Accused Of Killing Hermann Officer

(KTTS News) – Prosecutors have filed a notice of intent to seek the death penalty for a man linked to the shooting death of a Hermann police officer.

35-year-old Kenneth Simpson is accused of shooting two officers in the line of duty last march in Hermann.

Mason Griffith died in the shooting, while officer Adam Sullentrup continues to recover from injuries.
