There’s a new online sleep calculator that can help you wake up feeling refreshed! The tool, created by the sleep experts and Hillarys, helps you avoid waking up in the middle of the night.
You input the time you need to wake up and the calculator then tells you the best time to go to bed. This helps establish a healthy sleeping pattern and leaves you more alert in the morning.
According to this calculator, the best time for me to go to bed is 7:36pm, 9:06pm, 10:36pm or 12:06am.
