(KTTS News) — A teenager is charged with shooting a man to death in Springfield Saturday night.
The juvenile’s name has not has not been released because of his age.
The 17-year-old is charged with second-degree murder for shooting 33-year-old Jacob Gatten from Springfield.
Gatten was found in the road Saturday night in the 2400-block of South Sheridan Avenue.
He died at the hospital.
A 19-year-old who was arrested after the shooting was later released.
No charges were filed.
