(KTTS News) — Springfield City Utilities says customers should see lower bills this winter.
CU says natural gas prices are expected to stay much lower, saving the average customer about $40 a month.
CU says the costs of the 2021 winter storm that were spread out over two years have also come to an end, driving winter bills down overall.
