(KTTS News) — Texas County authorities are investigating whether charges should be filed in a deadly shooting this week.
The sheriff says a 38-year-old man shot someone he thought was an intruder.
It turned out it was a woman who lived there with him.
Tiffany Angel, 31, was found dead at the home on Lynch Drive in Bucyrus.
Deputies arrested the man after the shooting.
He was later released after his 24-hour hold was up.
