(KTTS News) — A man has been charged with firing shots inside his own apartment last Friday at the Forest Park Townhomes in Springfield.
Police say Charles Moore, 44, was under the influence when he fired eight shots into multiple apartments.
His teenage daughter was with him.
She got out safely.
The incident led to a standoff with police that ended when Moore surrendered.
