(KTTS News) — A man from Springfield has been arrested for assaulting a Springfield Police officer.
The officer tried to arrest 32-year-old Samuel Marshall for stealing several items from Bass Pro Shops in Springfield.
Marshall pushed the officer and ran away.
When the officer caught up with him again, Marshall hit the officer several times in the arm and shoulder.
But the officer managed to arrest him by shooting him with his Taser.
