(KTTS News) — One person is dead after a house fire Sunday in Seligman.
The name of the victim has not been released.
Firefighters say the two-story home was about 40-percent involved when crews arrived.
Several departments were called to battle the flames.
Crews had to deal with frozen fire hydrants.
The state fire marshal is investigating.
