(Springfield’s News Talk 104.1) – A cat that was stolen from the Springfield Humane Society was safely returned.
The Humane Society of Southwest Missouri says the cat, Dime, was stolen on Saturday, Feb. 17th.
The suspect walked into the facility, stole a cat carrier, and then walked into the adoption area and stole the cat.
In a post on Facebook, The Humane Society thanked the Springfield community and the Greene County Sheriff’s Office for helping them locate Dime.
The Humane Society did not say if a suspect has been arrested at this time.
