A confirmed tornado touched down near Cape Fair on Wednesday, July 3.
According to the National Weather Service of Springfield, the tornado was an EF-0 rating.
The tornado measured 150 yards wide and winds up to 80 mph.
The tornado hit three miles southeast of Cape Fair and traveled on the ground for one mile.
