The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a Cold Weather Advisory for the entire KSGF listening area.
The cold weather advisory will remain in effect until 12:00 PM Thursday.

- Newton
- Ozark
- Polk
- St. Clair
- Stone
- Taney
- Webster
- Wright
Wind chills as low as 19 below are expected over the next couple of days.
The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves.
Also keep pets indoors as much as possible. Make sure outdoor animals have a warm, dry shelter, food, and unfrozen water.
