- Barry County: 2,285 consumers without power
- Christian County: 1,017 consumers
- Greene County: 441 consumers
- Jasper County: 569 consumers
- Lawrence County: 1,909 consumers
- McDonald County: 4,585 consumers
- Newton County: 3,178 consumers
- Polk County: 145 consumers
- Stone County: 324 consumers
