Passenger numbers at Springfield Airport have set a new record.
In 2024, 1.4 million passengers utilized the airport, representing a 10.4% increase from the previous year and a remarkable 68% increase compared to ten years ago.
Growth is expected to continue at the airport, with four projects scheduled for this year.
These projects include upgrading the terminal floor, refreshing the jet bridges, expanding the tarmac, and increasing the capacity of the terminal parking lot.
