Hailey’s Law has been signed into law by Governor Parson.
It’s designed to improve the state’s Amber Alert system.
Hailey’s Law is named for Hailey Owens from Springfield.
She was kidnapped, raped and murdered by Craig Wood.
Hailey’s father and Wood’s father were at the bill signing today.
