A soldier stationed at Fort Riley, Kansas is facing federal charges of using social media to send instructions on how to make a bomb.
Private First Class Jarrett Smith, 24, from Fort Riley, Kansas, faces up to 20 years in prison if he’s convicted.
The FBI says Smith offered to teach other users on Facebook how to make cell phone explosives.
He also talked about killing members of Antifa and destroying nearby cell towers or a local news station.
He also wanted to travel to the Ukraine to fight with a paramilitary group called the Azov Battalion.
