The annual Bass Pro Conservation Marathon has started and the competitors are running to complete the Boston qualifier.
The event winds participants through Springfield streets and thoroughfares and past the Missouri State University.
Drivers should watch out for partial and full road closures as the trip crosses Campbell, Bennett, Grant, Grand, and Jefferson, among numerous other roads.
