A judge has approved a request for a change of judge for James Phelps, the man charged with kidnapping Cassidy Rainwater in Dallas County.
KY3 says his preliminary hearing has been canceled until the judge is assigned.
Timothy Norton is also charged with the kidnapping.
His preliminary hearing is still set for Friday.
