A judge has delayed a hearing on whether to issue bond for one of the men charged with the murder of Cassidy Rainwater in Dallas County.
Timothy Norton was in court Tuesday.
His preliminary hearing is now set for February.
Norton and James Phelps are charged with first-degree murder.
Dallas County investigators say Rainwater was strangled to death and her body dismembered in a bathtub.
The sheriff says there’s no evidence the men are tied to any other victims.
