(KTTS News) — A teenager from Aurora has died after he was hit by a car on October 27.
Troy Devine, Jr., 15, was crossing the intersection of Highway 60 and Highway 39 in Aurora in low light when he was hit.
Police say the driver couldn’t see him in the dark.
