(KTTS News) — The Kum & Go convenience store chain has been sold.
Salt Lake City-based Maverik — Adventure’s First Stop, along with its parent company, FJ Management, says its buying over 400 Kum & Go stores in 13 states from Krause Group.
It will also buy Solar Transport, a tank truck carrier and logistic provider owned by the Krause Group.
Maverik has almost 400 convenience stores in 12 Western states.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
The acquisition gives Maverik more than 800 convenience stores in 20 states.
