(KTTS News) — A 19-year-old man has been arrested for doing about $20,000 worth of damage to a golf course in West Plains.
A white Dodge pickup was spotted doing donuts last night at the West Plains Municipal Golf Course.
It was later spotted leaving skid marks in the parking lot of West Plains high school.
