(KTTS News) — Missouri Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft says he’d have to quit if state voters pass abortion rights amendments that could be on ballots next fall.

Ashcroft, who’s running for governor, made the comments after a Missouri appeals court ruled against the ballot summaries he came up with to describe abortion rights amendments.
