(KTTS News) — A man is charged with a deadly shooting in Taney County.
Charles Tinker, 80, is charged with shooting 52-year-old Jon Lovelace from Bradleyville.
Court records say Tinker told deputies he shot Lovelace after they got into a fight and he threatened to kill him.
Tinker says he tried to shoot Lovelace in the leg, but ended up shooting him in the stomach.
