(KTTS News) — Four people, two men and two women, have been arrested for child sex trafficking in St. Robert.
A runaway 13-year-old girl was found in an apartment.
Authorities say the girl tested positive for marijuana, meth, and ecstasy.
Court records say the girl had a dollar sign tattoo on her left middle finger, which is commonly used to brand human trafficking victims.
