(KTTS News) — A man pleads guilty to leaving the scene of a crash that killed a teenager from Rogersville.
It happened in July 2023.
Benjamin Sugg from Springfield admitted he was drunk at the time of the crash.
Sugg’s 17-year-old passenger died when he was thrown from the vehicle.
Sentencing is set for April.
