Meet John Kimmons! John lives in Willard, MO with his wife and daughter. They have and bunch of pets, including Goober the Beagle/Terrier mix (a rescue dog from the Humane Society). They also have four cats, several pigs and two miniature Donkeys named Zero and Rollo.
John was born and raised right here in the Ozarks, and has been around animals his entire life. His dad was a veterinarian and so many of his pets growing up were from “The Island of Misfit Toys.” He always had dogs that were the wrong color for the breed, or had other issues.
He has done a lot over the years to support the Dickerson Park Zoo. (He has been Friends with the Zoo members for more than ten years.)
He also loves the outdoors and loves to grill. Photography is also a hobby of his, and the always beautiful Ozarks is a great place for that.
